Scott Stern Chief Executive Officer  Scott Stern, along with Tim Stern and Barry Sandweiss, founded Lenders One in 2000. As the CEO of Lenders One, Mr. Stern brings together the most talented and forward-looking individuals as leaders in Lenders One's corporate offices, as members of the cooperative, and as contributing partners to the Lenders One alliance. He works to enhance members' competitive advantage and strives to help Lenders One members achieve their goals, both professional and personal.

Tim Stern, President and Co-Founder of Lenders One, had ten years of experience in the real estate industry before joining Lenders One. That experience gave Mr. Stern a firsthand appreciation of the value of an organization that coordinates and optimizes the strengths of independent mortgage bankers. Mr. Stern's paramount responsibility is locating highly qualified candidates and introducing them to the competitive advantages of membership in Lenders One. 
Following 12 years of experience in real estate and finance, Barry Sandweiss became the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Lenders One in 2000. Mr. Sandweiss' primary responsibilities are developing and maintaining relationships between Lenders One and its member affiliates, investor partners, and fulfillment partners. He oversees the activities of Regional Managers, and works with operation managers and member development staff.
